Order Processing

Orders are typically reviewed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier lead times, or customization requirements.

Many of the commercial furniture and restaurant equipment items offered by Barworkz are large, heavy, or made-to-order products that require freight shipping.

Shipping Quote & Payment Authorization

Due to the size and weight of many products we sell, shipping costs are often calculated after the order is placed.

When an order is submitted:

  • The order is reviewed by our team to determine the most efficient shipping method.

  • A shipping quote is obtained from the appropriate freight carrier.

  • We will contact the customer with the final shipping cost for approval before processing payment.

Barworkz does not charge a customer's card until the shipping quote has been confirmed and the customer authorizes the total order amount including shipping.

Customers will always receive the final shipping cost for approval before payment is processed. No payment is captured until the customer confirms the full order total including shipping.

This process ensures customers receive the most accurate freight pricing and avoids unexpected shipping costs.

Shipping Methods

Barworkz ships products throughout the United States using a combination of:

  • Freight carriers for large furniture and equipment

  • Ground parcel carriers for smaller items and accessories

Shipping methods are selected based on the size, weight, and destination of each order.

Freight Shipments

Many commercial furniture and restaurant equipment items ship via freight carriers.

For freight deliveries:

  • Deliveries are typically curbside delivery unless other arrangements are made.

  • Customers should be available to receive and inspect the shipment upon delivery.

  • Liftgate service may be available depending on the carrier and delivery location.

Customers should inspect shipments upon arrival and report any visible damage immediately.

Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery times depend on product availability and shipping distance.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Small parcel shipments: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Freight shipments: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Custom furniture, specialty items, or made-to-order products may require additional production time prior to shipment.
