Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns & Exchanges

At Barworkz, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We supply commercial furniture, fixtures, and décor designed for restaurants, bars, cafés, hotels, and hospitality venues.

Most standard items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging and condition.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom-made furniture

  • Special-order products

  • Built-to-order items

  • Items that have been installed or used

These products are manufactured specifically for commercial environments and cannot be restocked.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist in resolving the issue.

When reporting damage, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the packaging

We will work with the manufacturer and shipping carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.


Return Authorization

All returns must be approved in advance.

Please contact us before returning any product so we can provide return instructions and authorization.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Refund Processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing after approval.


Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of:

  • shipping damage

  • a manufacturing defect

  • an order fulfillment error

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
